### DFMREIT fees

| Fee              | Rate            | When Applied                                                  |
| ---------------- | --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Subscription fee | 0.50% | At the time of primary market token issuance |
| Redemption fee | 2.50% | Deducted from payout at the time of token burn |
| Management fee | 0.25% per annum | Accrued daily and reflected in the NAV |
| AMM trading fee | 0.25% per swap | Applied on every secondary market swap — paid entirely to LPs |

### Notes

* All fees are disclosed in transaction confirmations before you confirm any action.
* The subscription and redemption fees are deducted before token issuance or payout calculation.
* The management fee is not charged separately — it is accrued daily and reflected in the NAV per token.
* The AMM trading fee is not retained by Fractit. It is distributed entirely to Liquidity Providers.
* FX conversion margin may apply when subscribing in USDC, as underlying shares are denominated in AED. The conversion rate and margin are displayed transparently at the time of subscription.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.fractit.com/resources/fee-structure.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
