### 1. Product description

Fractit Index Markets offers on-chain access to listed real estate sector index exposure through Canton-native index tokens. Each token is issued by a Fractit-linked SPV and is designed to track the economic performance of the relevant reference index through full replication of underlying exchange-listed constituent shares held in institutional custody.

The user is not buying the reference index directly. The user is not buying listed shares directly. The user is buying an on-chain token that represents economic exposure to a fully replicated basket of underlying exchange-listed shares held off-chain by the SPV.
