DFMREIT is Fractit's first live index token — providing on-chain exposure to the Dubai Financial Market Real Estate Sector Index (DFMREI).
What it tracks
DFMREIT tracks the DFM Real Estate Sector Index (DFMREI) — a sector index published by the Dubai Financial Market, measuring the price performance of DFM-listed companies classified under the GICS Real Estate sector.
The index is calculated in real-time by S&P Dow Jones Indices on behalf of the DFM, using a free-float-adjusted, market-capitalisation weighted methodology with a 10% single-constituent weight cap.
