# DFMREIT — Live

DFMREIT is Fractit's first live index token — providing on-chain exposure to the Dubai Financial Market Real Estate Sector Index (DFMREI).

### What it tracks

DFMREIT tracks the **DFM Real Estate Sector Index (DFMREI)** — a sector index published by the Dubai Financial Market, measuring the price performance of DFM-listed companies classified under the GICS Real Estate sector.

The index is calculated in real-time by **S\&P Dow Jones Indices** on behalf of the DFM, using a free-float-adjusted, market-capitalisation weighted methodology with a 10% single-constituent weight cap.

### Index constituents

The DFMREI currently consists of four DFM-listed companies:
