Fractit is expanding its index markets across the Gulf and Asia-Pacific regions. The following markets are in active development, with regulatory mapping and licensed partner diligence underway for each.

### ALDREIT — Abu Dhabi Real Estate Index

ALDREIT will provide on-chain exposure to the ADX-listed real estate sector — the next major real estate capital market in the UAE after Dubai. The product will follow the same full replication model as DFMREIT, with regulatory mapping to the ADGM and UAE frameworks.

### SGREIT — Singapore Real Estate Index
